San Carlos Hotel

I am currently staying at the hotel right now I and I have to say: Stay Away!. The rooms are no better than a Hotel 8 and at least they keep the light on. For almost the same price as the W 30 dollar difference) they leave a lot to be desired. I have the wonderful experience of getting the room with a wonderful view of the H/VAC system of the next building that is loud enough to be heard over my in room AC. Also the hotel has not embraced the feather/sleep number/angel bed craze as these beds are hard as a rock. After immediately calling the front desk I was told the hotel was completely sold out and there was no other room for me. Elegant, charming, and stylishly sophisticated hotel, they are not. You are better stating at the W, Millinium Broadway, or pretty much any other hotel.
